How do I know if HOLD PLUS can operate on my telephone system?
HOLD PLUS will operate on most telephone systems manufactured since 1980. Your telephone extensions should have central telephone equipment in a back room. Search the equipment, which is wall-mounted, for a jack/input that is labeled "on-hold", "music", or something similar. If you don't find this input, call us and we will find out if your telephone system has the Music On Hold (MOH) feature. If your system doesn't have this feature, we stock adapters that may help in your situation.

Is there any up-front cost?
There may be an installation expense depending on the type of telephone system that your business uses. However, this doesn’t occur very often. Also, there may be a one-time account fee, but HOLD PLUS offers Valuable Rebates towards this amount.
